InstantLocalQuote is a lead generation platform that connects consumers seeking local services with service providers. We facilitate the connection but do not perform any services ourselves. We are not a contractor, plumber, electrician, or any type of service provider.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting quote requests
  • Be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Not submit false or misleading information
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures

4. No Guarantee

InstantLocalQuote does not guarantee:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals in our network
  • That you will receive quotes from service providers
  • The accuracy of any information provided by service providers
  • That service providers are available in your area

5. Service Provider Relationship

Service providers in our network are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of InstantLocalQuote. We do not control their work quality, pricing, availability, or conduct. You are responsible for evaluating and selecting service providers.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on InstantLocalQuote, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of InstantLocalQuote and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantLocalQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 for consumers, as our service is free).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstantLocalQuote from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
